The ERT 300 will measure the tension of the strings in your racket. The advantage is that it shows you the actual tension, as opposed to a setting on a stringing machine.

It is extremely simple to use. The device is clipped to the strings, and pressing a button starts the test. The Dynamic Tension is displayed after a few seconds.

It is important to understand that this tester displays the Dynamic Tension of the strings, rather than a tension in either kilograms or pounds.
